Come down to the cafe every Wednesday in the month of February to help celebrate Black History Month. We will be featuring entrees put together by the teamwork of Bon Appetit chefs and the Black History Month Committee at Medtronic. We are excited to reveal some of our food entrees, such as, the catfish po’boy and Son of a Gun beef stew that speak to the history and rich heritage of African Americans. Plus, every BHM entree that you order you will receive a chance to win a cookbook from the Smithsonian containing delicious African American recipes.
