National Milk Day

We are proud to support our local farmers as we celebrate National Milk day with Hastings Co-Op Creamery.
For more than 100 years, Hastings Cooperative Creamery, located in Hastings, Minnesota, has been a farmer-owned cooperative. Founded in 1913 as a butter manufacturer, they began bottling milk in 1920.
Their raw milk is sourced directly from local farmers throughout eastern Minnesota and western Wisconsin. Our delicious milk is bottled under the Valley View Farms name.
Join us in the cafe for Hastings Co-Op Creamery buttermilk fried chicken with mashed potatoes, gravy, and market vegetables. For your sweet tooth, we have our Hastings Co-Op Creamery delicious milk chocolate bread pudding. Enjoy both items with an ice cold bottle of milk.
